Rob and team are fantastic. They are always responsive and questions are normally answered within 24 hours. They even helped resolve an issue after closing----there was a plumbing issue that wasn't discovered during inspection and they helped me ask the seller to fix it. Communications are mostly done by emails but Rob can also answer your text if it's an emergency. This is the best way to buy a house especially if you can do your own research and know what you want. The team will help you negotiate but you'd need to do your own due diligence. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what kind of offer you want to make. I was a first time home buyer yet was able to use only one ShopProp service and got the maximum amount of rebates.
