I sold my condo because of how bad this company ran things. RUN AWAY!! Do yourself a favor don't use this company & don't buy a place that using this company. That is all. Thank you.

Morris management blamed the property damage on residents and twisted the truth. They refused to provide surveillance videos of the incident. Avoid Tim since not helpful.

They didnt take any responsibility while the residents are paying high hoa. The managers used insulting words to the homeowners. They didnt fix the damage to the community and twisted the truth by blaming residents. We chose to move to another community after being delayed for months.

The gate has been broken for more than a year and they never fix it. Avoid Alan Ayon Torres since hes rude. And do vote out morris management if your hoa is managed by them.

Three months of emails and calls to repair a broken curb/sidewalk that poses a safety hazard. Very little response from management rep. Finally, scheduled a visit from maintenance last July. Waited for a rep to come and view repair work needed. No one showed and no response from Morris Management even though I continue to reach out to them. It is now approaching the end of October. Do not hire this company to manage your property. Update May 2023 I have contacted their customer service via the email they listed in their response and the new person now assigned to the property and still no response.
