    They dont leave your deliveries in clearly labeled boxes by your front door they leave them on top for the whole world to see and steal.

    UPDATE (downgraded from five stars to three) If your medication is in stock, then Altos fast, convenient, and inexpensive. If you need billing customer service, they are very efficient and helpful. BUT, if your medication is temporarily out of stock, youre screwed. The app will keep canceling your delivery on the due date and rescheduling your delivery for the next day, but since your medication is out of stock, this will just keep happening again and again with no delivery. When you message customer service you may or may not get a correct answer because customer service seems to only read the last message and may completely contradict what the previous message said. One message may tell you your medication is out of stock and wont be delivered for a month, and when you express your disappointment in the delay, another message will apologize and tell you that its being delivered tomorrow (it isnt) - its eerily as if customer service is a misconfigured AI chatbot. And dont try to call, youll be on hold forever (I waited and waited and finally gave up). ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great pricing and free on-time home delivery - perfect
