I was going to fire his office effective immediately today July 24th, 2020. They haven't been any help in my case whatsoever. It shouldn’t be the injured parties responsibility to get medical records it’s what your attorney gets paid to do. Now because of this matter my medical records will not be present. Also numerous voicemails have been left for his Paralegal Stephanie and my phone calls weren’t ever returned. I don’t see anyone can run a practice this way. She also misunderstood my email on our scheduled phone conference. I will now have to represent myself on a next day hearing ridiculous.
