I get a call from the front desk a few days before her appointment, essentially informing me that they are no longer able to accommodate my schedule. I inquired as to whether or not everyone`s meeting was canceled for that day, but I got no honest answer. It is necessary to fire either the office manager or the staff because they are either changing or canceling appointments to meet the requirements of particular people.
