For our recent home purchase, we came to Huong late only after our offer got accepted. However, she was able to not only give us the best rate, but also successfully close in a short period of time (26 days during holiday season). Huong was the best mortgage loan officer that I could have asked for. Being the first time homebuyer, I had tons of questions since buying a home is a huge investment. Huong was super responsive (even during non-business hours), helped me to navigate through a myriad of required documents/paperworks and chose the right loan type for my goals and situations. Despite unexpected issues arose (address changed requested by the county,...) that would impact the closing day, Huong tried her best to rush through and was able to close on time (even a day earlier). I was really impressed of how she managed to do it. And for that, I'm really grateful to have her as my lender. I'd highly recommend.

For purchase transaction, I'd recommend to find a professional loan officer and Huong is the one. This is my third home but I would say that the best experience so far. We benefited from her knowledge a lot and the transaction were closed very on time without any problems or surprises! I wasn't stressed out at all throughout the whole process (unlike my last 2 transactions). If your loan is jumbo, I definitely recommend Huong and PNC cause you will get the best rate in the nation.
