Guild Mortgage - Seth Jensen

We have used Seth on two purchases and a refinance on our home, and I wouldn't think about going to anyone else. Seth was always available to provide us with scenarios and pre approval letters when we needed them (and in this market, we needed them all the time). He had great communication with us and our agent. If you're looking for a loan officer, you found him. There is no one better!

Seth was so easy to work with, he listened to what we wanted/needed, and he was great at communication. Due to things outside of Seth's control, Guild was not able to do the loan for the house we ended up buying; but I really appreciated the work Seth put in to try and make it work. I would absolutely work with Seth again.

What an amazing job Seth did for my husband and I. We were so stressed after looking for a house for so long in this crazy market. By the time we found a home and had to start the loan process we were exhausted! But his knowledge and professionalism made it feel seamless and stress free. I wish I could make this 5 stars +++!
