Daniel was a pleasure to work with during my wife and I's home buying process. We ended up switching from another lender to Daniel and Guild because of improved rates, but also the personal impact, trust and confidence we felt with him. We appreciated that he wasn't shy to just explain our options, but actually listen to our plans and then give person advise on which one he felt was best for us.

Daniel was incredible at helping us figure out our loan with Guild Mortgage. We weren't sure how much to put on our down payment, what our real monthly payments would be, and needed a lot of fast answers as we got closer to closing. Daniel picked up and called in the morning, evenings, and weekends when we were stressed out. He was able to explain complex matters, and was so patient. Many times I'd get off the phone and realize I had another question, and call him right back. He was an absolute star. I'm glad we were able to work with him, and we are both very happy with how our mortgage turned out!
