Daniel is fast and on-time. I was able to close even early with him. we could close like a week early, but the seller was taking sometime. overall we took only about little more two weeks until close. absolutely recommend Daniel as go to lender.

Daniel and his team at Guild were great to work with. He walked me through all the steps and patiently explained everything in plain language, which was a lot because I have very little knowledge about financing. Daniel was very knowledgeable and understanding; he made me feel comfortable and informed. Everything went so well, especially in such an unpredictable market. Daniel and Guild found me a solid rate. And Shelly, the loan processor, was super on top of everything, making sure all the documents were accurate and on time. She got my questions answered right away and really went the extra mile; her promptness and diligence helped us close a week earlier than expected. Out of all the lenders I could have chosen, I'm really glad I went with Guild.

Daniel was incredible! I had issues with my previous lender that he absolutely overcompensated for. He's extremely responsive and was eager to help me (even during off hours, which I felt a bit bad for). He also gave me all the advice I needed to lower my rates and did everything he could to keep my good rates once I had to make some last minute changes. He's also very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in no time. CAN'T recommend him enough. He's amazing!
