        Jeff was very helpful through the whole process of the loan, answering questions, giving guidance, and being available any time. He & his team were clear on what they needed and asked for it early enough that we didn't have any delays and were able to close quickly and on time. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends who need a loan officer.

        The loan package I ended up with was significantly different than discussed with my loan originator. Overall my experience was quite poor. I will not be a repeat customer.

Jeff and his team promptly act on any questions or issues in a very courteous and friendly manner. We are repeat clients of Jeff. Two years ago he helped arrange a loan for a rental property in Bothell while we were living in Chicago at the time. Everything proceeded smoothly even though we were buying from out of state. I highly recommend him.
