Karen Carlton and her team at APM are amazing. My wife and I are first time home buyers so this is all new to us. Karen went above expectations by being available for any questions beyond the role of a lender. She was transparent in the process and helped explain everything they look at our their end. Her communication and honesty helped my wife and I find the right home we could afford. The rest was no hassle because we had all the information going into it. She held our hand through the process and encouraged us to look at other business, and we ended up using APM because they were the best. Highly recommend working her.
