Having lived in Australia for 12 years we moved to Seattle without any knowledge of the buying process. David was diligent and efficient in explaining the lay of the land including what prospective lenders would ask for if we were to buy. We somewhat knew what David's qualities were as he was referred to us by some friends. After some careful strategizing David and I discussed best approach and carefully curated an offer which was highly aggressive.
