Not an agency. It's a modeling "school." They teach you how to apply mascara and "walk" in preparation for a "shoot" on the last day. Then they give you 1 print out and demand you buy comp cards starting at like $600 (kinda like a business card for models). Then they disappear. They robbed my mom and broke my heart when I was in middle school (2005?) and I hope no one else has to. Modeling agencies will pursue you if they're interested.

This place is a scam. I used to work there. 100% a scam.

They are a good start but you have to know what you are getting into. Read contracts and negotiate to limit terms and not sign away your career. Like any modeling agency, they will promote you and find you gigs but you have to be business savvy and you just be very involved or at least have other reps that can assist you in these matters. Also know that most all modeling agency locations are franchises and you have to do your research on the owners and managers. You should also have your own personal lawyer and never think that your modeling agency can give you legal advice on their own contracts they want you to sign.
