Samson helped me land my house during one of the least buyer-friendly periods in recent memory. He is based in Bellevue and I was looking in Tacoma, but he didn't mind coming down here multiple times to tour homes. He was also very responsive when I had questions about a home or the process, and I really appreciated that he called the listing agent to introduce himself and gather intel while we were still in the home. I felt that made all the difference in a very competitive market. Prompt & professional. I would highly recommend!
