Slaveck is an excellent realtor and is an expert in the field. From the start he made us feel at ease and never tried to push us to make any hasty decisions. Because of his prior experience renovating homes, he is able to help his clients visualize the full potential and worth of the property, which is very useful especially for a first time home buyer. Slavecks motto is all about building a lasting relationship with his clients and not about making a quick transaction, which was very evident throughout our home buying process. Slaveck was easy to get a hold of, prompt in his replies and very flexible with scheduling house showings. Slaveck is a credible professional and we are happy that we chose him in helping us find our first home.

My wife and I were buying our first home and did not know much about real estate at all. Even before we committed to working with Slaveck, he was always available and open to any questions we had about real estate. During the last 6 months Slaveck was very patient and understanding of our needs and showed us many homes, during this journey he was very professional but also transparent through every home showing. Slaveck was able to give us his insight and advise on the homes we saw but at the same time allowing us room to make our own decisions based on the needs we had. He was extremely responsive and very punctual on all his showings and transactions! Slaveck is focused much more on building a long lasting relationship then just the paycheck. Slaveck has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We are a large property management company and typically market and lease all of our spaces using our in-house teams. Earlier this year when we had a high-end penthouse come available here in Seattle we looked for a broker to come in and assist  with getting it leased, which is something we commonly do in other markets across the country. It was a bit of a challenge to find someone willing to work with us and after a few months of trying various options we had pretty much scrapped the idea all together of using outside help and then we found Slaveck. While this specific type of listing was a bit new to him as well, Slaveck took it on with a tremendous amount of confidence and quickly versed himself in the information he needed to know to understand the distinctions of the downtown Seattle penthouse rental market. Additionally he came in with several creative solutions for tremendously improving the marketing we currently had for the home and oversaw the implementation of the new marketing strategy. He is quick to listen and has been very responsive, extremely professional and genuinely cares. The consensus of our team is that we would highly recommend him.
