Dear Teri, I looked at my calendar today and realized it is 10 days since we moved into the house and I still had not written to you to thank you for your effort and hard work on the buying/selling businesses and also your personal kindness. I feel truly fortunate that we met up in the summer when we first began this journey. Your patience, ability to listen and professional expertise are second to none; without your support, advice and strong determinations, I doubt wed be living in this wonderful new home today. I really appreciated your direct and prompt communication style which put me at ease when things were uncertain or hard for me to understand. Your amazing network of colleagues and contacts made what could have been a frantic time as smooth-running as it could be and I realize how much behind-the-scenes work and long hours you dedicated to making it all happen. Even on the day of moving, you took the time to come to see us with a huge gift bag of delicious treats which we will enjoy for some time yet. We are gradually settling in and making this house our home.room by room. Thats the fun partthat and enjoying our glorious view each day. As Christmas approaches, I hope that you have some quality time with family and friends to celebrate. It has been my pleasure to work with you and I wish you every success in 2021 and beyond.

Weve used Teri to buy our first home then sell it and buy another one. After our numerous transactions we are extremely satisfied with her service and recommend working with Teri and her team. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She was timely in all of her responses and extremely flexible with our schedule. No question was left unanswered and her knowledge of the Eastside market was extremely impressive. Our next move will definitely be with Teri!

We had a great experience working with Teri. She was diligent, responsive, and generous as we looked for our first house. She was able to suggest and show many houses that fit our description, and take our feedback to incorporate into the next set of tours, even the most nitpicky little things. We especially appreciated her attention to detail inside the houses, pointing out various little things that I feel may people would overlook. We did not get the impression that she was trying to sell us on any particular house but rather help us find the perfect house personalized to us specifically. There was no stress involved in any part of the process that Teri was involved in; we felt that she was a skilled advocate for us and that she was very knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. Not only was she quick enough to get our offer in first, but that offer was lower than the asking price and still accepted! She attended our signing, which was not something she needed to do but yet she still took the time to be there and support us and answer our questions in the early morning. Even after we closed, she made sure we were all set in the house, even bringing in a contractor to double check some things from the inspection report. Overall, I would highly recommend Teri and in the future if/when we need real estate services, we will 100% be back. Thanks Teri!
