1.) Admit you need help. 2.) Seek help. 3.) Get ghosted by your doctor... 4.) ? 5.) Profit? The fact that this has been steadily reported from clients & happening over 5+ years, deserves an investigation. This place needs basic actions to be taken and proper mental health care to be given.

Don't waste your time. I got through intake and the first appointment ok, however the next appointment was apparently never put into the system. I scheduled a new appointment to make up for that one and Dr. Christopher Peterson never bothered to show up.

I've been a patient here on and off for about 2 years now. This place is ment for people who drool on themselves and just need people to prescribe meds while they pass out their ss checks. No one here cares if you're a battered woman. No one here cares about helping people with therapies unless their distributing their checks. I have been asking for a therapist for months. I get nothing. I even spoke with a higher up and still nothing. It's been 3 weeks. Calling here is a joke. The new receptionists say stuff like I'll put a note in your file and someone will get back to you. But all you ever see these overweight women doing is talking on their cell phones or amongst each other. Very hard to get a live person on the phone. The receptionists must be to busy with their personal life matters during work hours to do their job. Who ever does the scheduling here gets referrals from the med prescribers and then do nothing with it. January of 2022 Kiera Stephen's told me I'd be kidnapping my children from their father my husband and our abuser/their father so I needed to let him know we were in Washington state after fleeing DV from him in WV and coming here for safety. Even though life wire the dv advocates never said that or told me I had to tell him we were here. Kierra also would tell me things like I needed to be more open to new experiences when I told her I didn't want to be apart of my husband's sexual exploration journey which included multiple people. This place is a joke. Kierra also did a eval on one of my children and was so hyper focused on me and why I didn't want to be her client anymore that she didn't give my child the proper attention during the evaluation. Nor did she ever discuss with me what she thought of the evaluation. If you want to get good medical help Renton Valley is amazing! I regret leaving them and coming back to sound. Sound is not set up for people with less severe issues it's for the very severe. I'm assuming Sound gets paid for being the place they get their checks so as an adult unless Sound is your payee be prepared to be lost in the Sound mental health system. If you understand your surroundings and don't have multiple serious diagnosed issues that require lithium or need a protective payee and don't have a drug history then love yourself enough not to let this Healthcare center into your lives. Sound is awful. I don't know why I bothered. Do yourself a favor and run far away from Sound mental health.
