Thank you Health:Latch for finally identifying and treating my babys lip and posterior tongue tie. They communicate via text which was super convenient for me. They got us in asap which was a big factor for us. Also, they referred us to lactation and OT. My baby is almost 2m post op, and I can finally say baby is latched and nursing. One thing though we were told that the laser doesnt hurt even when the anesthetic wears off and that Tylenol probably wont be needed. My baby was definitely in pain especially during the first few days.

We got our daughter's lip and tongue tie done here 5 days after birth. It was a wonderful and extremely educational experience. Everyone should take their child here to be evaluated and revised. Dr. Thomas is a great guy with tons of insight. I cannot recommend him enough and if we were to have more children, he'd be our first stop post-birth.

We didnt know health latch existed with our first born and we had 8 weeks of hell until I finally quit breastfeeding only to be met with a formula shortage and a baby allergic to every kind. We are so grateful for the midwives who recommended health latch day. The team at health latch were amazing. Saw my daughter within days of birth and gave us all the support we could possibly hope for. Since then breast feeding has been a dream and a fed baby is a happy baby who sleeps. This time around is a completely different story for us and for that we are so grateful. Id recommend every baby get assessed for lip and tongue tie day of birth.

Satya, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind words about the organization and care provided at health:latch. We are delighted to hear that you loved the experience regarding your daughter's lip and tongue tie treatment. We understand and acknowledge your concerns about us not being in network with any insurance carriers. We made a conscious decision to not participate in-network with insurance providers due to the limited reimbursement rates, which previously necessitated shorter examination times with parents. Our commitment is to provide thorough, unrushed care that truly addresses the needs and concerns of each family we serve. Especially families that need the proper validation of their newborn's feeding issues. This approach allows us to maintain the high-quality, personalized experience that you appreciated during your visit. It also has allowed us to full communicate with outside collaborative professions that many of our families need to ensure their newborn not only grow...but thrive. We deeply value the feedback of all our parents and are continuously exploring ways to enhance our services while maintaining the integrity of our care model. Your insight is invaluable to us as we strive to balance accessibility with the exceptional standard of care we wish to uphold.Thank you again, Satya, for recognizing the quality of our service. We are grateful for your support and understanding. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.Radically kind, Dr. Thomas
