Stay away. Crooked clinic. They charged me $227 on one lab test alone without my approval. I called them Multiple times to correct the bill and they keep telling me they will look into it but after the third time calling we have no notes that you called and saying I had no information about this matter. They made up notes in their system to avoid the issue- basically lying. Everett clinic is not to be trusted. I will never go back to any of their clinics and file a state complaint about their misleading documentation and Fraudulent billing.

On 12/1/23 I did not have a good experience. The front desk lady seated on the left said I could go back and she unlocked the door the leads to exam rooms and lab. When I went through the door I was NOT greeted by any PROVIDER. I called out "Hello?!" at the desk at the very end of the hall on the right. I saw providers sitting at nearby desk but none of them greeted me. Then a lady at the end of the hall called out my name. Her tone of voice was RUDE. She asked for my name and then said, "YOU need to wait here!" It was my first time (I later explained to her it is my first time). The waiting area for the lab is not clear. I noticed at the end of my visit it was on the wall inside the room, but not on the exterior wall. Sharon (phlebotomist) did not appear confident in what blood panels needed to be done. She had to ask me what blood panels are needed. I was upset because this appears that she did not read my chart. I asked her to call my other provider but she did not.

Do NOT recommend Dr. Vanessa Tong or The Everett Clinic in general. My visit with her on 08/26/2023 was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I work in healthcare and understand the challenges, each appointment I have ever had, I make sure to come prepared by making a list of my concerns in order to try my best to streamline my visits. The Everett Clinic does not have a general scheduling line, you have to call by department and by location to schedule if you want to see anyone besides what is already listed in MyChart. For this visit, I was wanting to meet and potentially establish care with a new PCP but was forced to schedule an annual physical exam after going through multiple phone trees. Dr. Tong spent half the visit asking me why I decided to come to the Bellevue location instead of one closer to home. Along with my physical, I needed medication refills and referrals placed (both things are generally included with an annual check) but I was told that there are other patients and I need to make another appointment to talk about anything else after my refill request. Dr. Tong spent the entire visit facing her computer and typing rather than focusing on my visit, it took her 30 minutes to place my medication refill and then complained that I was taking up too much of her time. She told me I should understand what its like since I work in healthcare. Sorry but no, I dont understand your lack of professionalism and care. I waited months for this appointment, showed up earlier as requested, and still got the bare minimum from my visit. Dr. Tong decided to change my visit to an acute visit instead of a physical because I needed refills and referrals. Finding primary care is very difficult and is often met with wait times, I am now having to wait months again (not with The Everett Clinic) to cover the rest of my health concerns which should have been covered during my visit on 08/26/2023. I dont want a generic apology or response, I just want others to reconsider establishing care with Dr. Vanessa Tong and The Everett Clinic.
