Don't waste your time. Made an appointment 2 months ago, then when I showed up they said it was canceled because the doctor isn't taking new patients. They didn't call, text, or email me about this cancellation. Such a large company not having a proper scheduling system is honestly pathetic. >:0

I made an appointment more than a monthe ago, and 2 hours before my appointment I got a call from clinic that they canceled my appointment because provider doesn't accept new patients. I called them and they just said sorry, we canceled your appointment. Trying to get my insurance information for no appointment.

Do Not Recommend. Go anywhere else! Absolutely horrendous patient service/support. I had an in-person appointment scheduled for 11am. Beginning at 8am on the day of the appointment, I received a text message from an unknown, non Virginia Mason listed number with a link for a virtual visit. It read very much like spam, especially considering I had in in-person appointment confirmed. I called the office to confirm whether the appointment had been changed without notifying me. The call operator confirmed it was an in-person visit. I arrived timely and the front desk checked me in for my appointment and directed me where to sit. 20 minutes after my scheduled start time, I received a voicemail from a private number from the person I was supposed to see claiming they were waiting in the virtual meeting. I had to return to the front desk who, only then, confirmed that my appointment had been moved to virtual without prior notification or consent and informed me that the call center regularly provides incorrect care information to patients. My appointment and health was clearly disregarded by Virginia Mason. I should have been notified of any changes more than 24 hours in advance and I should never have been allowed to check in for an appointment where the doctor was not present in the office that day. I would recommend anyone looking for care from a medical provider, look anywhere else that isn't Virginia Mason. I know I will be going elsewhere in the future. Do Not Recommend.

This is a great Clinic, state of the art and I love my Doctor. I wold recommend this to anyone.
