With much research and careful consideration, I chose Lucy Hostetter, MD @ SRMC, to treat my injury with an organic Regenerative Medicine (non surgical) approach. I'm blown away by my positive results from the BMAC (bone marrow aspirate concentrate) on my knee as I'm 11 days post procedure and experiencing much greater range of motion, can bend down and tie my shoes, I'm not limping/wincing walking up and down stairs and, best of all, I'm back to doing what I love - dancing!  Dr. Lucy and her Team are top notch professionals who treated me w/ great care from start to finish.

So far so good after my first appointment for BHT. The staff is very considerate and professional. They explained the procedure thoroughly. I really havent noticed much of a difference but well see how it goes after my next appointment.

I have been trying for a year and a half to resolve an issue with SRMC regarding the Emsculpt Neo (8) treatments that I received. It produced ZERO results! The Glossy Ads that SRMC uses for Emsculpt Neo claim that with (4) 30 minute sessions you can increase muscle tone by 25% and decrease fat stores by 30%. This is exactly what SRMC Licensed Esthetician communicated to me in their offices during a screening appointment. She stated that I was an ideal candidate for results. Following my (5) paid session package, I raised concerns that I was not seeing any results, so I was provided with (3) additional sessions, twice what their Advertising claimed was needed to achieve results. I was charged $6,500 for the (5) session package. So after multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with SRMC I was told they would not communicate with me further! My conclusion is that SRMC has refused to accept any accountability because they know it does not work. I have filed a Civil Suit against SRMC & Dr Lucy Hostetter as well as a complaint with the State of Washington AG Consumer Protection Offices. If this device is not a hoax, why didnt it work as they advertised?
