    Initially signed a treatment plan for $1,000. When I came in for the treatment it jumped 2.5x in cost with no explanation.

    I've been here several times for treatment. The office staff is always friendly & helpful and Dr. Cahn is professional and puts you at ease about the procedure. The scheduling team is a bit wonky but I'm going to ding the whole office for that.

    I've been going here for over 10 years. It's gone WAY downhill since the USA Vein Clinics acquisition. (previously Vein Clinics of America) Most of the familiar staff I've known is gone and the remaining staff has voiced their grievances to me, the patient. Fast forward to a recent experience. I was 5 minutes early to an appointment in December when I overheard the front staff saying how backed up they were. When I asked how long the wait would be (mind you, they should have told me this at check in) I was told 45 to 50 minutes. I couldn't wait this long and opted to leave. Had they called me ahead, I could've come later or rescheduled. Five minutes in to my drive back to work I got an automated message that I was late for my appointment. This elevated my frustration. Clearly there is no communication or documentation. Two months later my card was charged $75 for a missed appointment. I didn't miss this appointment, THEY DID! In addition, they had kept my card on file without permission and ran an unauthorized charge! I received no bill or pre notification of this charge. When I called for resolution, I got the call center. (there is no way to contact the actual office short of going in person) I explained the situation and was told they would have to contact the office and get back to me. I received no call back. I called the following week and spoke with a supervisor. At least he was apologetic, he assured me this would be taken care of and I'd hear back from him within 2 to 3 days. Again, no call back. And, still no refund for this unwarranted and unauthorized charge. If you go here, know you are dealing with a call center for all transactions and not people in the actual clinic. And, when in the clinic be prepared for unprofessionalism and lackadaisical treatment at best. To me, this is a true and very scary testament of what the actual medical treatment may be. I get it that things often run behind in the medical field, but this was poorly handled back in December. The fact that I was charged and the lack of follow through when trying to resolve this is infuriating. I spent 1.5 hours of my day back in December not being seen, 45 minutes on the phone with the call center on the first call and another 30 minutes with the second call and still no resolution. I will not be back.
