Our sessions with Kimberly Cervantes were positive and successful. After four months, we have addressed all our issues and are happy with our results.

Kimberly Cervantes made such a horrible first impression that my family and I collectively decided we would never pay that overpriced pompous woman again after our first appointment. She merely ushered in my baby of only 13 years into her office taking no real notice of the adults that accompanied her until she came out to ask who and how we would be paying for our visit. After an hour she came out with my child and simply handed us a appointment card and bid us goodbye. No explanation of the process that is therapy for a child or what it entails on our end as adults to ensure this is successful. When I asked her questions about what we should do for my child she sarcastically answered You bring her to her appointments and we talk about her feelings. The rest of my questions were answered with much the same condescending attitude. My family and I were flabbergasted. I came to Emmaus to seek help not to be patronized. I cannot believe this so called therapist was so unprofessional. She was absolutely not worth $150.
