Below is my email to the psychologist. Called and called there office and no one picks up. I was directed to go to there website which is the worse computer system I have ever used, you can barely upload a photo. Seeing a psychologist is very personal and I expect someone to give me a call before they charge me 300 dollars. There are many other bilingual therapist, choose someone that will actually answers the phone. Mark, I have decided to go with someone else since I got no response. I am leaving a bad review as well. Sorry this is not how I would like to work with therapist. I dont understand why I cant call your office and speak to a live person. How are you going to contact me at 7pm the day before session? You are very unprofessional. Lose my email please.

Very poor administrative support: nobody answers the phone and returns emails or voice messages. All administrative communication goes through one's counselor which I find unacceptable.
