    My recent purchase with Said was one of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership! Charles was also very helpful with the purchase. Taylor made the signing process so easy, and from test drive to delivery, I was out of there in a couple of hours! Had some great conversations that didn't even pertain to the car buying process, which added to the great experience of purchasing my vehicle here! You can't go wrong with this dealership!

Said was super helpful and very accommodating to us during our experience at JLR Bellevue. Would definitely recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle with him!

    Last Update: all resolved with the General Manager. Happy with his resolution. UPDATE: I heard back from the General Manager this morning and he is going to rectify the situation. Impressive response both in terms of his actions and timing on this long weekend. I will post again after it is all resolved. We are pleased with his initial actions. Initial Post: Very disappointing service experience with our 2017 Land Rover Discovery. Took 6 months for them to get the part that was needed for an SOS battery issue. We had to reschedule with them two times as the part was not in the first 2 times. Then when our car was in the shop, a new issue came up with our Air Suspension (issue did not exist prior and we had used the air suspension the week before when washing the car .... we raised the car so we could get the wheel wells cleaned out). Air Suspension was fine until after they did the first repair and programmed whatever they needed to. Cost of this new repair was over $2000. When we asked them to give us a reasonable price since the issue happened while they were working on the car, we were told they gave us the "best price". When I went and searched online at official Land Rover dealerships, I found the MSRP for this part was much lower. (I did a generic google search and chose the first 4 Land Rover dealers and got the exact part # listed for 25% lower MSRP than what I was charged). Would not recommend having your car fixed here as they overcharge for parts for sure (and I assume service hours). We have done every factory recommended service on this car for many many thousands of dollars. My wife is diligent about making sure her car is always serviced and taken care of. Overall a bad service experience to treat a good customer this way. I have sent a letter to Land Rover Bellevue and will wait for their official response. So far, any communications we've had personally have been to tell us they gave us best price already and nothing more they can do. Will try another Land Rover dealer next time. If anyone has a recommendation for a great independent Land Rover service center in the Seattle area, I'd love to hear about it. Wish the experience had been different as my wife likes this car and likely would have wanted to trade in for a newer one in the coming year or two. With any luck, we'll have a better experience with another dealer (or this dealer will rectify the issue) and we can continue to own a Land Rover as our next car.
