Simply incredible, I could have died on my motorcycle from how much it trembled before taking it with him, after he took my motorcycle he left it as new and safe, a very professional job because not everyone repairs these types of high-cylinder motorcycles. Very good fair price it adjusted to my needs and responsible at all times!

I hired Richard to help design a remodel for a house I had purchased. He did help me with that design, but also recommended two subcontractors,, one to install a concrete floor, and another general contractor to complete the project.. The flooring sub did not use the material designated in the contract, I had to have it removed, and this sub then fled the state so that I could not recover any of what I had paid him, which totaled about $30,000. The general contractor overcharged me by about $30,000, removed two expensive blinds which are now missing, and I will be taking him to court. This includes $10,000 I paid him for a job he never ended up doing, and he refuses to return that money. Richard himself ended up charging me about $12,000 for his design time, which included numerous hours discussing how to handle the problems with these contractors. The larger problem, however, was that Richard convinced me to purchase kitchen cabinets from him, via a company he said he was part owner of (he is not). He told me they produced very high quality cabinets and at that time I thought I could trust him. The cabinets turned out to be of such poor quality, that within 2 years , without me even having moved in to the house, laminate peeled off of several cabinets in several places. He refused to remedy this and I had to take him to mediation to force him to pay to have them fixed. He did give me some money for this, but refused to fix them himself via the company he had told me he owned. The cabinet that has a cook top on top of it, was not made properly to fit the cook top. Although he did give me some money after mediation to have the wall built out behind the cook top, he did not agree to fix the front of the cabinet , which shows bare press board on both sides in the front. I am left with having to find someone to fix the peeling laminate (hard to do ), and with a cook top cabinet that does not fit the cook top. These cabinets are of poor quality, the cabinet for the cook top was not made properly and interiors that I had ordered and paid for, such as dividers and a pull out shelf, did not come with the order.. Richard refuses to remedy this. I would never recommend using Richard, despite the awards he has won for design projects. He is not honest and will not take care of any problems with his services or cabinets you order through him. I know that I am not the only customer who has had this type of problem with him.
