HUB International

Been trying for a week now to get the agent associated with my SafeCo policy to call back. No such luck. I keep leaving phone messages and have sent emails. My wife is deceased and my son now has his own car/policy, yet can't get a call back to change my policy! SafeCo appears to not have a problem accepting payment online to keep the policy current, but seems impossible to make two small changes. According to other reviews, HUB has a high turn-over rate for agents so it's quite possible I'm being directed to an agent's voicemail for an agent that no longer works there! Have yet to confirm this.

After 21 years I fired this agency for failure to perform their job. For two weeks I couldn't reach my agent. No one could answer basic questions and when I went to cancel my policy no one was available to even comply with this request. Also, no one wondered or cared why a client of 21 years with home/auto/umbrella coverage wanted to cancel their policy. Incredibly poor service and management in my opinion.

Called for information about commercial insurance and found out it's not what I needed. The commercial insurance agent I spoke to was super helpful, even though I didn't end up purchasing insurance from her company because it wasn't a right fit at this time. Thank you Conover, we'll definitely keep you in mind as our needs change.

Had several auto policies and home owners policies through Conover, then inquired about a commercial policy, that's where they failed. Highly recommend staying away from Conover. There's many other insurance brokers out there who will put the customer first. Gave them 2 stars instead of 1, simply because I had a good experience with them up until their commercial department got involved.
