INFINITI of Bellevue

From the first moment one steps into the physical building at Infiniti of Bellevue, one gets the impression of opulence,beauty, quality, and professionalism. I personally was a bit daunted at the thought of purchasing a vehicle here,but Mr. Colin Martin provided such excellent guest service that the entire process was completely enjoyable, comfortable, and ultimately rewarding. Never once was I made to feel as if I didn't belong there. All the details were explained thoroughly. I was treated fairly, professionally,and eventually was able to drive away in the car of my dreams. I can only say good things about my experience at Infiniti of Bellevue with Colin. 5 stars!!

I usually don't write reviews. This time I had too. I had the worst experience with this car dealer. Every time I have showed up for service, they always come up with something wrong in the car. This time they also charged 3% for credit transactions fee and did not even notify me ahead of time. Please don't take your car for service with this dealer. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Customer service was good initially however when it came time to pick up I was not taken to my vehicle to review the work. I was given the keys and went on my way. Since the parking garage is dark I did not notice until I got home that I realized the tire was moved to the other side of the car and the touch up was a different color than the rim and there are paint drips. I would have asked if there was anything to do about that. I also asked if a faint scratch could be buffed out and was told that it was. I got home and noticed it was still there.

Customer service used to be awesome when Linda worked here. Prices keep going up, customer service is mid. Coupons catch your eye to book appt then they up charge you.
