        They came in for the first time service 1hr but charged me for 2hrs. I didn’t receive any receipt after the service until I checked my bank statement after a couple weeks. I called to argue and they said they charge on evidence, the evidence is their gps record in their car. I said what if the technician stayed in the garage for an extra hour. They said they are very busy, if I have this trust problem I cannot hire anybody. Excuse me? I hired somebody else for 5 years and never had any trust issue. They over charged ahead without notifying me and blame me having trust issue now??? BTW, the floor is not clean at all. Will never use Molly Maid again!

        We haven't had professional cleaners into our home since February of 2020 (thanks, pandemic). And while we've been doing our best to keep the place tidy, it's a big house and we have an active child and ALWAYS being here didn't help! Shayla and Doris came yesterday and did a fantastic job of bringing our home back to sparkling. We are so excited to have the opportunity to get help with the house again and look forward to their visits! Services: Standard clean, Deep clean
