Red Lion Hotel Bellevue

The place had a very bad smell. Super old hotel needing major updates. Breakfast was a bag of sugar. The pool wasnt open. I would pay more to stay elsewhere. The staff was unfriendly on both occasions. Parking cost $12.

Sneaky new parking charges not listed anywhere until you're at front desk. This was newly added in 2024. All it is is an uncovered lot with potholes galore. Room door was sagging and couldnt be locked unless it was lifted up. Place is in need of serious updates. Breakfast is a pastry, egg and apple picked from someone's home? Definitely scavenger from somewhere, or very questionable quality. Second day they ran out of the sad prepackaged bags at 9. Like you didn't have more packaged pastries, granola bars, egg, apple and juice ? Simply disappointing. The operations manager and day staff could stand to learn some better customer service as they were snarky and cranky. Might as well pay a bit more and get someplace a but better as rooms are very dated with loud AC. Their only saving grace was the night front desk lady and the location. Been here over a decade and this year was absolutely garbage. Never again.

First of all I like the rooms and the two ladies were super nice white lady and black lady the other two need to have a little bit more costumer service when it came to check out I was just wanting to know about remaining balance of my 50 dollar deposit I waited at the desk for bout 20 min until the front desk decided to come help me and she look like she just woke up number one if your on a job your not suppose to be sleeping late night or not your not getting paid to be sleeping then she tried to say I was not waiting for 20 min and there was something in her eye u asked about my deposit and she said they did not charge me 50 dollars on my card I said what you charged me and I took three items and I should have balance then she corrected her self and said the same thing wake up and do ur job right your getting paid to do service act like it the lady was heavy set tattoos I gave the three start because of the service in the morning I received she was rude and needs to be let go!!!!!!!!!!!
