Company culture is super fake and deeply toxic. Promotion is based on politics, not qualifications. The worst offender is the client success manager, whose cruel indifference and managerial incompetence drives away talented employees time and again.

Underneath the glittery veneer of a "people first" company is a cutthroat corporation that overworks its employees and punishes disabilities. Employees are verbally encouraged to give honest feedback, but management doesn't want to hear it, and will eagerly choose termination over reconciliation.

Matthew from HMA has been amazing! I have been having difficulties with my secondary insurance and my hospital bill claim. He helped me be on the phone with both of them and helped me for over an hour! Amazing insurance!! Couldn't be happier!

Really terrible service on multiple occasions. I've had to explain my benefits to agents over the phone more than once because they found it too confusing. Poorly written and hard for your own employees to read is not a good way to start. Cost and coverage after that, makes HMA a big nope.
