Had my Colonoscopy today the staff was just warm and welcoming I had Especially the nurse Rebecca She kept my mind at ease And Doctor Jacobs was great Along with his sedation nurse and his medical assistant I don't remember their names but they were great as well I highly recommend them

If you have a pre-existing mental health condition, or are diabled, consider going to a different facility. Studies have shown that gut health and mental health have some correlation. However, the doctor I saw almost exclusively focused on mental health and attributed the whole of my digestive pain to conditions that I see ACTUALLY qualified mental health professionals for. Instead of saying there was nothing the doctor could do for me, the doctor deflected and effectively blamed me for my own physical suffering. Truly an astounding display of ableism.
The staff and nurses were polite and accommodating at least.
