First time came in here today, and it was a great experience . Doctor Wu is patient, knowledgeable and caring. The receptions are great as well. Very friendly and helpful.

Posting on behalf of my who wants to remain anonymous. My friend has a diagnosed chronic illness and is constantly in and out of the doctors office. When he came into UW medicine and opened up about how he wanted to start going on disability benefits to his doctor, Heidi Gilmore, she discouraged him heavily. She said he was young and young people just want free money so its hard to know. And continued to say disability is permanent as if he does not have chronic pain and other illnesses? If I were him I would never want to step foot in a medical facility after that. Doctors have so much power over their patients and sometimes they dont realize it. Its just very upsetting.

New patient for Primary Care with doctor Pamela Yung, MD. She is very knowledgeable! Excellent service with her today. You tell her what's going on, and she is on it right away. Best primary care doctor I have been to. Her communication is excellent. Highly recommend!

Getting to see your doctor in person is almost impossible. You have to wait 2/3 month.
I had to wait 3 weeks for a COVID booster shot and they didnt have the flu shot.
Instead, I just walked into Costco and got both of them right away.
They have missed diagnosed me two times. Once for sciatica, and second time for a hernia.
I would not recommend joining this clinic. Im going to change my pcp soon.

I called to get more information about their treatment programs. The tone and attitude of whomever answered the phone was so off-putting that I immediately felt uncomfortable. For a clinic that is supposed to help people with trauma and other difficult situations, being curt and horrible on the phone is really not a great first step. Do better.
