I have nothing but positive things to say about this law firm, but i would give Gabbi Gutierrez and Cathy House 10/ 10 stars if i could , both were always available to answer any and all questions, I never had to ask for updates they always made sure I was informed every single step of the way, I felt that they actually cared and I wasn't just another client or case from the time they took my case right to the very end best team I could asked for.

Mark Elliott has been the attorney for my father's estate for 20 months. That's a ridiculous amount of time because it's jot like my father had tons of stuff that would delay it that long. Mark still continues to not meet goals during this entire 20 month time period. He also still continues to ignore emails and cancel Zoom meetings when I inquire about our father's estate probate. Mark did email us on October 25th saying he would have some paperwork ready for us and have the estate ready for dispersion by the end of November. We're three weeks into December and guess what...no word from Mark!! I know we're not the only case he has...but at this point, it's ludicrous! Trust me when I say I've had many attorneys during my lifetime...and he is by far the worst!! If he doesn't know what he's doing with a deceased person's estate....he really has no business taking on those cases.
