Pros: Dr Relan schedules emergency appointment immediately and doesn't let a receptionist control you which is good. The crown is super solid. I didn't have that prep work even with others. Cons: She says the insurance amount during the procedure that's super frustrating. She took 3 hours and 8+ x-rays (others took 2. I believe it's 12 but the org refutes claims saying its 4) for root canal that was still more than avg. The doctor is patient and did a good job. But the first thing is to make the patient feel comfortable. The office staff is extremely defensive in saying no without introspection. I got extra pending amounts (from previous procedures. Don't know how and they were never clear). Co-pays are usually said before procedure. Docs make patients feel comfortable and instruct dos and don'ts after procedure. I never got to have any of these and had to constantly keep checking up with front desk to know bits and pieces. I had to end up with a second root canal and even got to know my exact issue through the second opinion. She spends a great time on asthetics- great but please explain one on one. Many patients are attended in parallel in the middle.

Great customer service, easy scheduling and professional providers. Dr. Mariam is the best, she is so kind, professional and caring. She takes time to listen to patients and does the best job. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Bellevue Family Dentistry.

The staff are all very friendly and dedicated towards their clients. I had a poor experience at another dentist in the area and Im glad to say that I have found one that treats you well. They listened to my concerns and gave me options for my treatment.
