Thank you for providing your feedback, Diana. There are a couple of points that you mentioned where we would like to offer some more clarity. We have a competitive, guaranteed pay structure with opportunities for bonuses and incentives on top of that. Our employees are making well over the minimum wage. We are not a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in the United States. We have a unique business model, but we are proud of that. Instead of taking 10 years to grow into a management position at our firm, it can take one. Obviously, this is not traditional, and we take a lot of pride in offering a developmental training program that continues to outpace our competitors. Given the nature and the uniqueness of our training program, we have an open-door policy and would gladly discuss and educate further for anyone who is interested in learning more about our business and our industry. We care about our employees and provide outstanding training and mentorship, which is how we are able to offer that type of growth. Again, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and we wish you the best of luck in your search!
