Once they cant fix your laptop, theyll keep it for themselves and sell it for a profit. And youll have to go to court to get it back. During the process, youll have no way of knowing if they actually attempted the repairs they claimed. And they record every conversation you had with them from the very beginning, as if they were always prepared to fight their customers. To them, we are not customers, we are just cases that they assess how much profit they can extract out of, either by not fixing your stuff and still charge full price, or by take possession of your property. They always win.

I was just standing in front of the store and a staff member angrily entered the store while swearing about something. A few seconds later the owner or staff member opened the door and just threw water at my direction. I got some splattered on my pants. lol.
I think he was angry I was standing in front of the store? If you want me to move just ask me to move.
Terrible attitude.
