I don't know if he's afraid he hurt me; all I know is that he made some adjustments on my body (May '22), and started blowing me off after I wound up in the hospital shortly thereafter. He won't reply to my emails; he says he'll call me back and never does; and now he is refusing to release my complete medical record. Looks like he altered some of my medical file too, to omit details about the adjustments he made just before I went to the ER. He's shared details about my case with someone I hadn't authorized... He seems to be so worried I want to sue him that he's sabotaging whatever good faith he ever established with me as his patient. I have no idea why he's behaved this way, but you will find similarly-themed reviews if you look up "Crossroads Chiropractic." All I wanted was for him to recognize my rights as his patient. And perhaps a little empathy, too. But all I've received since my trip to the hospital are lies and evasion. Disappointed isn't a strong enough word.

Dr. Kaplan has been taking care of me for the past two years. He has been very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend to anyone w back pain or just simple adjustments.

Dr. Kaplan is an incredible holistic wellness based chiropractor. He spends a lot of time with you and truly understands the value of holistic care. I highly recommend him.
