        Took a retainer then I had to reach out multiple times to file my taxes Mike and his partner seems to always be on vacation, email them and most likely youll get a response theyre out of the office for a week or two. Got 10k penalty because they didnt bother to file my sales tax. Never reached out to apologize or resolve the matter, never filed my taxes, literally had to dispute their charge on retainer and they still never reached out. Maybe its because of my ethnicity. Be aware.
