I wanted to let you know that Austin from your store was the best customer service I have ever received in my life! Your employee is the best in helping me in every single aspect in customer service! Not to mention he went far and beyond his call of duty! This young man deserves a nice increase in wage and promoted to the next level! I am so beyond happy of his services he provided to me that no other employee has ever never came close to Austin! You have the Best in Austin you could ever employ! He helped me in issues that Apple help could not solve Apple store could not help me 2 times back to AT& T store employees could not help me! On the last effort Ditch on my part I was ready to turn back my New I phone 11 I purchased here , due to None of any of the above could not help me , I returned back to AT & T to turn my phone and just stick with my old I -7 phone but instead I was greeted with a big smile from Austin who took over my new phone and fixed every Issue where everyone else gave up on, Austin deserves Employee of the year award , a new Rase and a higher promotion ! Hes smart effecent and very helpfull he far exceeds everyone in your store in all aspects of his field ! Thank you for your time and please see to it Austin deserves every bit for his outstanding performance! He went well over then anyone else ever did! Thank you again !
