Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had dropped my car at nearby shop and picked up a rental sedan here. Callen asked how my day was and I replied 'it could be better since my car got broken into'. He and his team were very courteous and smiles. They upgraded me to a mid-size SUV at no extra and it sure cheered me up! Professionalism with a touch of humanity is a lost art these days but it's found here because the gems of people who work here. Thank you Callen and team!

What is good , They gave me flexibility to drop to other location What is bad: When as for gas powered car he lied initially that he donot have and bushing low mileage electric car .Even car was staring outside Car was was super dirty with multiple patches of dirt . Even car was not in good condition .

I rented a car here through the insurance company, and returned the car after 11 days. I assumed that everything was settled, until several weeks later, when I looked through my credit card bill, I found a $200+ charge. There was no communication: no text message, no call, and no email notifying me about this charge. I had to call Enterprise to figure out. Turned out that there's a daily coverage difference between the car I got and the amount the insurance company is paying, which I was never told of. And I had to ask to eventually see the receipt of the charge. I asked the representative if the charge could be waived and they said they would follow up, but again never heard back from them.
