    Took my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee in for the ceramic wash + interior. I also paid extra for the leather conditioner ($169 total). Customer service was great when I walked in. I didnt see the first half of the wash but I saw the second half which included an employee jamming my trunk shut even after realizing it wasnt manual and had a button. He couldnt find the button so he jammed it shut (you could see him go through the thought process). I was flabbergasted and annoyed because thats how things break. I said something to the receptionist so she went out there and told them. The guy apologized when they turned my car over to me. As for the detail, my cup holders were dirty, inside windows werent wiped, they didnt move the gear shifter so that was dirty, and you could see a few other areas that werent paid attention to. I sent an email to the manager, no response after 5 days so I asked for another managers email and again a few days later and no response. Disappointing. 4/9/24 update after several emails and finally resorting to a review, they have reached out to resolve the issue. They offered a refund or another detail opportunity.

    Do NOT get tinting done here. Bubbles, foggy, scratched my interior and dented my door. Low quality tint and insane prices. Brought my car in to get tint installed after my car was broken into along with an interior detail and it was bad. The tint was bad, bubbles, foggy and not fully attached in places. They also scratched my infotainment screen, it was pristine before and now it's covered in swirl marks. I'm too busy so I waited to bring it back and they said the tint needed to dry more so I waited 6 months to bring it back in. When I brought it back they said they would replace the bad windows with new film, but they just tried to heat up the windows they messed up and smooth it out. This left even worse bubbles and it looks even worse now. To make things worse they dented my car door when I brought it back and wanted to argue that the dent was already there. They offered to let me bring it in again so they could fix the tint again and the tint guy could argue with me about the dent. I'm done wasting time bringing in my car 3 times for something that should have been done right the first time. Don't go here.

    I am traveling so I had my son take my car in for interior mildew removal. The car had mildew inside from condensation resulting from setting for two months. No dampness just mildew. They handed the car back to my son with wet floor-mats and other areas of the car. Kept it another day for drying out period and again handed it over to my son. My son parked in his garage to continue drying out and after a couple of days decided to look under the spare tire and there was an inch of water in the pan where the spare was located. The owner Byron I believe has not responded to repeated requests for compensation off the $750 paid for this service... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AUTO DETAIL WORK... YOU WON'T BE HAPPY

    I've taken my car in for the express wash throughout the years and today might be my last time. It's still over $100 with tip but the quality was truly unacceptable today. The inside windows had smudges and the windshield wasn't clean. I had to come home and do the additional cleaning myself. While I do not expect a full detail given the price and time spent, I would have liked to get my car back in decently clean shape. I will have to find another place to go to. To have committed to a tip before the car was even washed was probably a red flag I should have noted. Edited: a few weeks later the manager called me to apologize and refunded the wash plus offered a complementary car wash next time I went in. I just had it done and they took extra care this time to make sure that the car was cleaned well. I did appreciate the response (I had left them a voicemail as a fyi on the poor job done). Repairing customer issues is a big+ in my opinion and I'm glad to see that the team is trained to do a good job as before again. 3/8/24 I took my car in for the usual wash again and after today, I won't be going back. I asked the person who checked me in to make sure that the cargo space/mat is cleaned as always. A few min later she asked me again what I meant. I explained again. Then 5 min later one of the cleaning team leads asked me the same question. I was perplexed as to what the confusion was...I just wanted to make sure that the cargo space was cleaned. When I got my car, I made sure to check it out first before paying, and to my dismay, the cargo area was not clean. The windows in the back still had smudges and not a whole lot of it was wiped down. I flagged down the team lead again and he apologized then proceeded to wipe it down as I waited. I noticed that there was some sticky spots on my hood and asked him if I could have a rag. He told me it was tree sap, came back with a razor, and explained that he could take it off. I was a bit hesitant but he went ahead... Then I see a scratch right on my hood that he's made with the razor. At this point I just wanted to be done with the place. I did let the advisor know about this and he said I could bring the car back and he would personally work on it with a clear coat. I just don't want to let them touch my car anymore... It's been a lot of headache for a simple wash. I think the quality has really gone down in recent years and I'll be taking my car elsewhere going forward.

Hello Herb, Thank-You for your review. Sorry to hear that you have water in your spare tire area. Unfortunately you employed us to do an interior detail with mold removal. The scope of that work didn’t include anything in the trunk so we didn’t clean or inspect that area for any water leaks. Now that you have found that though it was most certainly the cause of your mold growth on the interior. Hopefully you are able to ascertain the location of the leak and get it addressed quickly so that mold growth doesn’t return.
