I had an excellent experience with Cadillac of Bellevue in purchasing a certified XT6. Brenda Sanchez went above and beyond in finding a vehicle that met my expectations, and communicated very well throughout the process. She is professional and patient to make the customer comfortable. Her and Nate, the sales manager, worked honestly to meet our family's budget. There were a couple things that came up on the vehicle that was addressed immediately with the service department. I would definitely use this dealer in a few years in the future for another vehicle and refer to friends.

I didnt actually believe the reviews when I started looking for a Cadillac so I started with the dealerships closest to me. It wasnt pleasant so I reached out to Bellevue. From the start, I realized it would be a different experience. Starting with AJ, he listened to what I was saying and made recommendations that I wasnt even considering. Even though he was off he still arranged for Young to help me so I could see the vehicle at a convenient time for me. Young had the car ready to go! Enter Dan, he came out to negotiate and I thought for sure we were going to battle! He was the utmost professional and made the process incredibly easy. (Almost too easy) Moving onto finance.. with the other processes being so easy, I figured they saved the worst for last. Wrong! I got to work with Matt and he was amazing too! Whod of thought a dealership would actually want to have a new client for life?!? Just because Im a skeptic, I asked a bunch of questions after the sale to see if they would still respond. ALL of them are incredibly responsive! If you are planning on buying a Cadillac (or any car they have on the lot) I highly recommend skipping everyone else and just go to them. Best car buying experience ever! You wont regret letting them take care of you! AND the shiny new building is beautiful! Thanks Bellevue Cadalliac for all you do!
