Excellent service! I would highly recommend! I had a Hyundai hybrid and I got a "do not drive" warning, so I took it to Hyundai service center which took a month to get to my car to even take a look at it and then told me the issue was the battery (which wasn't the case). When I pressed them and asked them to look into it again they said it was an issue with the drive belt and were quoting 1800 to fix it and said it'd take a week to fix. I called A&M, spoke with Elliott on Wednesday who quoted half that and said they'd only get to my car on Monday but since I was extremely disappointed with Hyundai, I just had it towed to them on Thursday itself, half expecting for the car to sit there for a week. To my surprise Elliott called me the very next day and said that they had some bandwidth so they fixed my car. No haggling, honest price and delivered before time. What else could I have asked for? Oh, and the belt was visibly torn off and shredded, so it was easy to see that they'd actually replaced it (yes, given how quickly they got around to it, I was really skeptical). Extremely happy with the service! I will just take my car to them moving forward for any big services.
