Aegis Living Bellevue Overlake

I cant say enough wonderful things about Aegis Overlake! The people that help care for my mom are so kind and the whole team has gone out of there to way to make my mom feel so welcome. I would recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living for themselves or their parents. The apartments are very nice, food is great, and the facility is newer and has everything you would need. I truly am grateful my mom is living at Aegis Overlake!!

We are very happy with our decision to move into Aegis Overlake on May 1. The facility is new and vibrant. The staff is not only outstanding and the quality of care very good, but the feeling of community is also strong and welcoming. If you are not comfortable or unable to continue living independently, we highly recommend Aegis Living Overlake.

I was so disappointed with how you guys treat people when they apply to work with you guys. I applied to work as a caregiver twice on the website and on indeed. I got the number for recruiter his name is Dev from indeed and i gave him a call asking him about my application, he said nothing but i will check and i will give you a call back after that i called him next day with no response , tried the next day as well with no response and i left a voicemail. The third day i tried to call he blocked me for absolutely no reason. I called the facility and talked to a manager and they told me to come apply on the building and thats what i did i went and applied again. After few days i came to check my application status and they told me that mr.Dev noted on my application that im not eligible without providing any reason. This is so unprofessional First blocking without any reason and then putting Im not eligible also, without any reason, I wanna know why is it because of my race or my nationality this is not how people should be treated. On the application they ask you about your nationality and race and my nationality is Iraqi is it because of that? Because there is no other reason to be not eligible for the caregiver position, since it says no experience needed, and hiring immediately. I thought that in this facility they treat people equally, but it turned out Its not .i need an explanation

A special thank you to the dedicated marketing team at Aegis Overlake. Last evening, I visited the community well after normal business hours with a close friend who is considering a move there. I just wanted to have a visual of the location and the lobby, in an effort to be supportive to my friend, as she makes this very important decision in her life. To my surprise, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge, who promptly called Erin Heily in the marketing departing. Even though it was very late, Erin went above and beyond in providing a full tour, including apartments and every part of the community. Erins kind compassionate nature went a long way in assuring my friend that this community will be a place where she can be happy. Erin also phoned Marissa Scott (after work hours) , who had provided a full tour to my friend the day before our visit. The two communicated on all details of my friends needs and desires so that they could best help her with her decision making. The community is really lovely and the residents looked very happy, enjoying the common areas throughout the building. If you are considering a move to assisted living or memory care, you must visit this community.
