Yarrowood Highlands

The leasing office staff, especially Casey, and Slava in maintenance are great, and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move closer to downtown Bellevue.

Scheduled a tour online, got a confirmation and when I arrived no one was there to show me around. I also gave someone my phone number for a call back to schedule something else on a different day and no one called me back.

Such a great and welcoming community! I've loved living here the past 2 years and have zero complaints.. Mia and Amanda are amazing. Def recommend living here for a peaceful and safe area.

We are moving from Hawaii to Washington at the end of the month and many places required in person tours before you could apply. We saw the Yarrowood Apartments and it was an 8 minute drive from my new employment. We applied and the process was so smooth and prompt. Mia Yoon is the BEST Leasing Manager. She was thorough, quick and friendly. I hope her employers know what a treasure they have in her. She took away so much stress and anxiety over this process. Thank you Mia!!! Now to see where we will be living. I will update my review after we get settled into our new home. UPDATE: After a year, we decided that Hawaii was really the best place for us. We loved our time in Bellevue and especially our residence at Yarrowood Highlands! Mia continued to do excellent work as well as Amanda. Top notch! The maintenance crew were efficient and effective when problems arose. Grounds are always well kept and neighbors were great. We could not have asked for a better place to live during our time.

There was a Rental Manager there, and a Leasing Agent who was a nice lady; but the Rental Manager, a White American Female, who was Very Nasty and Prejudice and She even BROKE the LAW and made her Own Stories in order to Discriminate AGAINST US. Rude & Unprofessional Rental Manager in addition to Violating the LAWS.
