Chen's Acupuncture & Acupressure

There are two doctors. They have same last name. Only Doctor Wei Chen is acupuncturist. He is very good at acupuncturist. I really recommend try him two to three times. The first time he find my pain point and give me a treatment for the point. I just feel a little help. After three times, I feel a marked improvement in the pain of my old injury.

We have seeing Dr Chen since 2003, he is our family acupuncture doctor, we are fortunate to have him whenever we need the problem fix.  My ankle was twisted he fixed within 2-3 sessions, he is very effective and accurately in fixing the problem and reduce the healing time.   We trust his skill and knowledge on fix problem, We are highly recommend his service.

I just called to ask about insurance coverage, . The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, and when I asked if she took my insurance plan, she said, I think, but actually refused to double check for me when I asked. She said, my assistant doesnt work till Tuesday..(meaning I guess the assistant is only there a couple days a week considering its Thursday?), which I dont understand why thats important, I understand if you need your biller to verify co-pay information, but the woman answering the only phone number on their website during regular business hours should probably know what insurance policies they take instead of just saying, I think. She goes, youll have to book an appointment and when you come in, well let you know how much itll cost. I said, Well, I kinda need to know if you guys take my insurance prior to making an appointment, because I wont be able to afford it otherwise. (Im disabled with severe muscular and skeletal pain). The phone goes silent and I go....So uhhh....guess I can just call back Tuesday, and she goes, yup, if you want, and hangs up. Totally unprofessional and a bummer considering I had been recommend to go there!
