        What a waste. I understand bad weather and scheduling is difficult with weather making access hard. Actually let them reschedule for the next day and that wasnt worth it at all. Spent 2 hours trying to unclog a kitchen drain and gave up. Then wanted to tell me that he wanted to change out all the fittings under the sink because now there are leaks. There werent any before they arrived. Over $500 for absolutely NOTHING! Id give zero stars if I could. Darren acts like everyone is so stupid that changing fittings to what he likes is a reason that it leaks now? Yeah. Find someone that will actually do the job, even if its challenging and get the customer results. I wouldnt mind paying the money if they actually accomplished something.

      Tina, I am sorry you are not pleased with the service you received. We were called out for a stoppage in your kitchen sink. Once on site, our technician cabled the line. Four feet in he hit a solid stoppage - the line was frozen solid. The cable was not able to break through. When lines freeze they contract which causes leaks. The temperature in the teens has caused this coupled with you being in a mobile home and off the ground without adequate insulation for the abnormally cold weather we have had. The line from our well house also froze and it was insulated and wrapped in heat tape! This has never happened before. The good news is it should be warming up and you should thaw out. Please give us a call if you need any additional help.
