        Sent a very important legal letter on October 5th Thursday to be delivered next day instead they delivered next week Tuesday, talked to the store manager about my refund $98 with absolutely no luck for any refund. Stay away, use FedEx or similar. Also the courier for UPS put a note i their database that stated business was closed that is why he/she couldnt deliver but that is a lie because its a residential address not a business and we had door bell camera that did not see anyone delivering anything!

        Miss Daniel on duty 10/24/23, hung up on me when I asked her to have her manager call me. I had to call back and she said I got your name and number from the call. I said but you just hang up on me and didnt tell me anything after my request for a manager!!!
