        Had no big problems until it came time to schedule the delivery of our things. They totally forgot to get weight tickets up until delivery when I asked about the status of those. Then our container finally gets to us and the lock was never put on, we didnt even have keys for the lock anyways as we were told they would tape it to the back of the lock. Luckily the lady who delivered our container was nice enough to give us a lock and key for free. I can confidently say I will never ever use Zippy Shell ever again. How do you possibly forget weight tickets when it was specified multiple times let alone forgetting to lock our belongings and not have a key for us to begin with?!
